| Description | Hi Kinbay. The issue was reported from SKB that volume level is different between live channel and TV apps. Jira ticket : https://jira.skbroadband.com/browse/BPM-21576 Precondition : 1. Pairing BA01 RCU and connect earphone to BA01 RCU Test procedure : 1. Go to live channel 2. Set volume level to 1 and check volume level through earphone 3. Home -> "게임&앱" -> "TV게임" -> Install "TENGAI" 4. Run TENGAI and check volume level trhough earphone Expected result : Should be no difference in the volume level a person feels between live channel and TV apps. Current result : TV app's volume is bigger than live channel Please check this issue. Thank you. Kim | ||||

Hi Mr. YK and JunGyu Kim, I don't remember there is a mechnism to normalize sound output on Eagle. Without such kind of normalization, sound output may be different due to video streams. Thank you! |

Hi Kerwin, The problem now is that when I connect earphone to the RCU, there is a difference in the volume of the app and the live channel. When earphones are not connected (through TV), there is no difference in the volume of the app and the live channel, but the volume difference occurs only when earphones are connected to RCU. In other words, it appears that we need to check why there is a volume difference when earphones are connected to RCU. Hi Mr. JunGyu Kim, Does TV app also plat video by BTF APIs? If yes, then this issue should be checked by AML. Because AV playback of BTF APIs are handled by AML on Eagle. BTW, from git history, Fii didn't change volume table for A2DP connections. |

Hi Mr. Kerwin Chen, Please let us know the definition of New Feature in FII. We already paid both A12 OS upgrade and 2024 SW support NRE. Hi Mr. Yoon, From Biz side, 2024 SW support NRE is for maintainance, not new feature. Hi Mr. Wooshin Kang, As I remember, AML use their own player with tunnel mode for live channels. This means Android Framework can't adjust volume level of live channels. This kind of adjustment should be implemented in Audio HAL. However, volume normalization is not easy to implement without utilities. I think AML KR. may have some suggestion for this request. Thank you. |

Hi Mr. Wooshin Kang, Per explained, AML use a tunnel mode for Live TV player. Android Frameworks can't adjust volume level. I just give comment for AML platform, not for all SoC. Thanks. |
